Hothorpe Hall in April 2012, Friday 13th - Sunday 15th.
A single room with all food plus yoga teachings - £220
Shared room with all food plus yoga teachings - £180.
£50 deposit will secure your place.
The retreat weekend will include, yoga classes, walking, meditations, sounds of
Tibetan bowls and gongs, dance and music, relaxation, laughter, friendship and
periods of reflective silence.
