3. Info on some of the main healing crystals. How to cleanse and charge them, how to ground your energy field and how to work with crystals on yourself.

Afternoon:

A more practical session – dowsing with the crystals.

Choosing a crystal and experiencing their energy.

Energising your water with crystals.

Finishing with a beautiful meditation and a crystal balance.
