Summer Infusion  Saturday 8th October 2022

Time: 10-1pm

A Morning to come together in the synergy of a group practice.  Having a regular mindful Yoga practice makes a difference, a morning with a bit of a twist as we  incorporate dōTERRA oils to enhance the practice.   

Debbie will be holding the Yoga space for you to lean into. Welcome your body, just as you are, to do as little or as much as you feel on the morning.  Kay will be sharing the benefits of the dōTERRA oils in daily life for general health and mental wellbeing.  

We go with care here as smell/scent evoke a recall of feeling, there will be time enough to witness just this.  If you are sensitive to oils it is not compulsory to skin touch the oils. They have many medicinal benefits - nature's way of taking care of the body mind connection.  

There will be an invitation to choose an oil fragrance that resonates with you on the morning to enhance these key factors:

Balance 

Energise 

Aid Relaxation 

Medicinal uplift 

Om Studio Doors will open at 9.45pm for your comfort, and we shall have a prompt start for  10am Meditation with Debbie.  At 10.15am we begin Somatic mindful Yoga with Debbie to align and find balance whilst keeping the focus around a strong awareness to pelvic support. The Yoga practice itself will focus on three oils only.  At 11.15am we begin dōTERRA with Kay as she shares the properties of the oils of your choice.  There will be time enough here to ask your questions.

Come and commune in a light hearted way.   At 12.30pm we will enjoy tea & Deb’s homemade cake, plus a few handmade chocolates infused with dōTERRA oil.

This could be away of spending time with loved ones, to introduce a friend into the studio space to experience Debbie's Yoga in a light hearted way with these high grade oils.

This will conclude the morning.

If you stay over after the morning of summer Infusion you are most welcome to bring a pack lunch or snack with you no food with eyes please in the Om zone.  Tea on tap.

The Om studio will stay open for Tea and chat - a few table sales will be here.

You do not have to come along to the Yoga morning this is an invitation to pop by the studio in-between the times above.  Gemma will be here with her jewellery for the summer, all made by her own fine hands in her spare time when she isn’t being a mama of two daughters.
