I am feeling so much joy in my heart to share this space with you, with guest friends joining me from time to time to co-create keep you eyes on this space...

Allow Silence to speak. "Come Open your heart and let the River of love flow through you and all"...

A strong inspirational creativity steps forward to hold this space... in part this comes from the unwavering Love felt in the scriptures of the Avadhut & Ashtravakra Gita, endless gratitude for a known truth that carries so much trust in this life given.  Thankyou for the call to my great Gurus/teachers love you beyond your bones always in my heart never shall we be apart.  Om namha shivaya!   Now the vibe of these relaxed Om lounge sound showers will birth out of the moment for those that find themselves here in the collective calling, it will all become clear when we meet what is needed.  There will be limited spaces so as to fully witness one another.

"A Shower of Grace in Sound" may contain sounds of the Symphonic Gong, Tibetan bowls, Wind Chimes, Bells.  There may be spoken words for assisting the body~ mind~soul into a deeper still relaxation to journey beyond sound into Silence.  Song, mantra, gentle utterings on the breeze of life... There will be scattered readings throughout from some of my favorites scriptures: The Gitas ~ Thomas Byrom  The Mala of God ~ Mooji Baba You are the Light ~ Muz ji Murray

Each session will finish in silence to fully soak up the vibration of stillness that permeates inside the space - the walls are the container named the Om.  This space has become a great teacher of mine for many a years.  It's been a long and windy road of alchemising with Sound, Song, Mantras, within my own Yoga practice and sharing with others in lots of ways so I'm happy to bring a new flame into being, with these offering of sound for peace of mind. Leaving you with a few hearty words from Jo if you're wavering :) Debbie has such a nurturing gift and has the ability to dreamscape into setting the scene for everyones arrival to the studio in so many ways... where do I begin?  Firstly the Garden Chimes always greet me as I walk the garden path. Which gives me ample time to compose and ground myself. Everywhere is so beautifully created it has Deb's aura of beauty. Studio door opens then I'm enveloped in the sweetest fragrance of incense sometimes sage burning too... A space to put my body down lovingly awaits me and is all prepared... Now Hello im feeling the warmth of the under floor heating - a real treat.   So much thoughtful consideration and care to give such a big warm loving welcome. The work here begins way before my arrival I see this thank you. Debbie's natural presence sees and feels my needs almost before I do. I'm always taken deep with the tone of her voice so calm and mind reads exactly what I need. When are you going to record a yoga relaxation please soon?! And a song or two? Thank you Debbie you continue to change how I see me in my life ~Jojo
