An evening of reflection, gratitude and preparation with cacao, movement and live drumming!

The wheel of the year continues her steady turn, and we find ourselves at the Autumn Equinox. Here the polarities are in absolute balance - light and dark, day and night, masculine and feminine, inner and outer. It is a time to celebrate all the bounty that Nature has manifested, and to begin clearing and readying ourselves for the descent into the winter.

There is an offer of sacred cacao medicine to begin the evening, a beautiful (and delicious!) drink that helps us open our emotional heart.

Then I will hold a space for free, spontaneous movement and dance, for you to move however feels good and right for you. We will be accompanied by music which helps support and inspire your movement.

I am thrilled that we will also have Stuart with us offering live beats on the drum.

There’s no way to get it right or wrong, just an opportunity to open into the wisdom and creativity of your own body.

We begin at 6.30 for the cacao ceremony and will dance together until 9.00. Please feel free to bring a drum if you feel to join Stuart in offering accompaniment.
