Have you not done it at all and need a recap? 

Have you been particularly stressed or anxious? 

Been hitting the gym hard and need extra recovery? 

Want to go deeper into your meditation practice? 

Or maybe you just want to socialise with some open minded people who like yourself have been to a Boreas workshop and are on the path of self discovery. Whatever the reason, we hope to see you again!

 An evening session of powerful WHM breathing meditations and ice submersion. 

This gives an opportunity for individuals who have already completed a full Boreas Healing workshop to not only maintain a regular practice, but go deeper into it. The breathing is always more powerful in groups.

 Binaural brain wave music, drumming, incense and candles will be used to facilitate a deeper connection. Ice baths are especially powerful in the evenings, especially as the evenings get darker.

 Mineral water, tea, coffee and healthy home made treats will also be included.

FAQs

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is street parking available near the Om Studio. Please ensure you allocate enough time for finding a space. If parking is a struggle on Queens Park Parade, you can find parking on the Balmoral Road.

What can I bring into the event?

Please wear comfortable, light clothing.

What's the refund policy?

Full refunds are ONLY given if cancellation is made at least 48hrs before a taster event. (E.G Taster event is on a Sunday 11 AM, last day of full refund is Friday 11 AM). 

The only way a refund can be issued is if a cancellation is made within 48hrs is if official documentation is shown. I.E a Doctors note, Police note etc. 

Refunds will not be given for a 'no show' . It is the participants responsibility to make Boreas Healing aware of a cancellation. We can be reached via email on: team@boreashealing.com
