~ Yoga movement, stillness & mantra chanting of the Sanskrit alphabet ~

This will be chanted the tantric way which has its own powerful breathing practice which in itself is an energy clearer.  This way of teaching the alphabet comes through Muz Murray my teacher and dear friend.  Just like our physical organs live inside our bodies these mantras engrave an imprint inside the heart of the cellular body.

A morning to connect to others finding ritual ceremony in creating an altar together before we continue with:

• Opening with cacao

• Meditation and chanting mantra

• Yoga practice to soften and to find grounding

• Closing with meditation ~ dear love

A morning to drink and be...and be merry in a different kinder way.  Cacao lifts ones mood and actually opens the heart through one of its many components ~ anandamide.

The Om Studio space provides a relaxing setting, with underfloor heating. There will be lots of cushions and blankets for your comfort.  Chairs are also available if needed. We even have two reclining chairs for easy back rest.

"I've been blending Ceremonial Cacao for some years in many different ways, I also started making raw cacao chocolates.  Now regular Cacao Ceremonies are held here at the Om - this divine elixir is an uplifting medicine on its own.  I have quite a few different seasonal recipes I use with super foods and other plants and flower energies as additional ingredients.  This takes place quietly in my kitchen infused with my joy of Mantra chanting & music.  I stopped using Cacao after making my own chocolate and selling it many years ago online in the early 2000s. My journey with high grade Cacao started again full power 9 years ago.  I am grateful to have rekindled this love affair.”
