Cacao works wonders with this assisting muscle tone to let go.

Followed by Conversation around the theme of Honouring in an instant and how that looks in the way of trusting your moves inwardly and outwardly.

A Morning to drink and be...in a different kinder way.

Cacao lifts your mood and actually opens the heart.

We will finish with a Sound Bath healing.

You are welcome to bring your crystals to charge water and use in the sound healing .

The Om provides a relaxing setting, with underfloor  heating.   There will be lots of cushions for comfort, and do bring a blanket.  Chairs are also available if needed.  We even have two reclining chairs for easy back rest.

The last 30 minutes of the morning will be a sound bath healing to ground and let go as much as fully possible in the Now.

"I've been blending Ceremonial Cacao for some years in many different ways, from a drinking the elixir to making raw chocolates as an uplifting medicine with super food powders as additional ingredients.  This takes place quietly in my kitchen infused with my joy of music and Mantra.  I stopped using Cacao after making my own chocolate and selling it many years ago in the early 2000s.  My journey with high grade Cacao started again 9 yrs ago...   I came back to cacao as a medicine to support me with mood change during the menopause.  it's been a long and windy road...
