“Do not underestimate the work that happens in the dark and quiet stillness. As it will feed you, nourish you and make you whole.”

Brigit Anna MacNeil, Nature Connection Guide

Join us in this welcoming group to take what you need, explore the bliss of deep rest and reconnect with yourself. Cultivate your inner resource; connect with your inner voice; and find calm and equanimity.

These Deep Rest sessions are not just about having a nice relaxing time. Rest is vital. It replenishes, heals and restores.

Come as you are and enjoy guided meditation, called yoga nidra – a profoundly nourishing practice for deep rest and intuitive awakening. This type of meditation is effortless. There is nothing to get wrong. There is nothing to do here…except make yourself comfortable, and follow my voice. I will lead you into a resting space where you can gently focus on what is needed, perhaps finding clarity, focus or a sense of contentment.

This is not a physical practice. Absolutely no experience is needed and all are welcome. We will have plenty of time to settle in, explore a variety of nidra and grounding practices, and then soak up the benefits.

The Om studio is the perfect rest nest. Hidden in a beautiful walled garden, a dedicated yoga and holistic healing space. Perfect for your rest nest.
