Align with the season of Winter & balance the vital energies of The Water Element. Cultivate qualities of grace and sensitivity alongside inner power and strength.

December 4th: 10am-1pm

Yoga, Emotional Intelligence & The Fascia Matrix

Access and explore the profound wisdom of your body through the energy and movement of emotion/s. Learn how to work alchemically with your body, via the fascia, to transform old patterns, beliefs and habits that no longer serve you.
