Expressions of Sound with Arachai & Family

Join Arachai, his sister and mother, as they take you on a family journey of sound and vibration.

Firstly, utilising the tools of djembe (African drum) we will connect to the heart beat percussion. We shall hold space for each other while we express freely, raising our energies and our internal fire - drumming is one of our most powerful tools for shifting and releasing energies.

This will lead us into a break and the time to connect with others and to enjoy a plant-based lunch with tea.

The second part of the experience will be a live full emersion sound journey with the instruments of didgeridoo played on the body, handpan, gong, crystal singing bowls and voice. Our intention is to create a space for the possibility of self-healing and recalibration, by dropping into our rest and digest mode (parasympathetic nervous system). During the day we will become the expression of sound.
