A Space with a simple intention to come press the internal Pause button away from over doing. 

Ample opportunity to check in with your body mind balance to find the best equilibrium.  

You may feel to come for the experience of Resting Mind into following the sounds as a disciple.  That way there becomes oneness of Mind for a time. 

This could be treated as a meditation space and a opportunity to start a practice under the guidance of sound for Meditating upon. 

A Continued discipline brings about significant change over a short period of time. 

Giving one greater value to the mind body connection with the sound tones pointing to Present moment awareness and Breath awareness placing the focus inwards towards the feeling self captured in the moment. To open up to the possibility of witnessing body mind tention to enable the potential of letting this go.  

That there lays the secret link between this Body Mind Unison of Heal Thyself.  

What to expect?  

Your place could be seated in a chair or laying on cushioned mat on the ground. Whichever works best for your comfort so as to forget the body for the time we spend together.  

What is this experience exactly?  

Improvisation with Guitars & Himalayalan bowls. Voice in Spoken word and Sounds.  

Readings taken from Scriptures - The Gitas.
