Always evolving and always changing the Gong Baths of 2019 are here to journey with you, guided by Olaf’s intuitive guidance from the universe.

Whether you are coming to relax and recharge or would like to utilise the power of intention and the journeying power of the Gongs, these monthly events have become a staple at the beautiful Om Studio in Northampton, imbued with the loving energy of Debbie and all she creates.

Mats, pillows and blankets are available at the OM however please feel free to bring anything extra you need for your comfort such as thicker blankets, pillows, extra yoga mats etc.

Gates will be opened at approx 6:45 and will be locked at 7pm for a prompt start - please be aware that entry after 7pm will not be permitted without prior consent. Spaces are limited and booking is essential!
