Be nourished whilst being snuggled on a yoga mat, blankets and pillows.
By interweaving both soft and loud sounds with silence and voice enable release, rebalance and access that deep still space of the heart.
This stillness brings deep rest and allows space for us to experience and to be with the deepest essence of ourselves.
