I've got no time to worry just close my eyes and drift away...

There will be 14 places to offer out on a first come first serve basis.

Our Woman's Conscious Conversation Group has been meeting at The Om Studio for 2 years now. The meet ups have been on a donation basis of £5 and these donations are going enable us to provide events such as this FREE of charge.

This event is for You to come rest and reset dear Man.

💚 LAZY SUNDAY AFTERNOON 💚

The Donation money will pay two teachers to come and hold this space for you to serve YOU Amazing men of Northampton and beyond.

The Afternoon Flow will look like this:

💚 1.30pm - Dan Beckitt of Boreas Healing you will guide you in a session which empowers you to overcome fear, stress & anxiety using natural methods. Sharing his personal journey, Dan will show how breathing, guided meditation and leaning towards fear can empower you to trust life, as opposed to fear it.

💚 3.00pm - Cake and Tea break.

💚 3.20pm - Finishing with restorative sound work. Adie will guide you to explore the essence of the masculine through sacred sound and discussion. Following a relaxation session incorporating live didgeridoo, tribal drum and Himalayan singing bowls we will be considering how the cognitive and reactive parts of our brain interact to help shape and express our masculine behaviour.

💚 4.50pm - A short Closing meditation.
