LAZY SUNDAY AFTERNOON.

I've got no time to worry just close my eyes and drift away...

There will be 14 places to offer out on a first come first serve basis. YOU NEED NO EXPERIENCE JUST A WOMAN FEELING FOR SOME NURTURE AND SELF CARE TIME.

Our facilitators this session will be Lootie Bibby and Elizabeth Connor.

Breathe - Listen - Move with Lootie Bibby

An opportunity for movement, feeling and exploration, coming together with others and supported by music, my facilitation and the incubator that is the OM studio.

No steps, no technique, and no way to get it wrong.

Maybe this feels intimidating. We are so used to being told - what to do, where to go, that we are right or wrong - that our internal compass can get foggy. This is a space to start opening again to the inner wisdom that resides within your own body.

You can find a way through the self-consciousness and explore what feels good, enlivening, authentic, empowering. A place to move as you feel, not as you think and not as you are told. A return to your own embodied wisdom.

Sometimes emotional, sometimes funny, sometimes fluid, sometimes full of frustrations and always creative and unique. The group is always a little different, and whoever is here and whatever shows up is exactly what needs to. Its your path and only you can dance it, but you don't have to do it alone.

'Put the psyche in motion and it will heal itself'' - Gabrielle Roth

What you might expect:-

Time to settle and check in

A safe and held space

Time to move with different kinds of music

An opportunity to process your experience, perhaps using creative writing, art materials and words to share with the group at the end, if you wish...

Heart Frequency Sound Bath with Elizabeth Connor

Be bathed in the frequencies of sound from a variety of sacred instruments and voice.

The frequencies created have a direct effect on the frequencies present within the body and mind and its energetic systems.

Interweaving the earth & cleansing tones of drum, rain stick & rattles with the deep multidimensional tones of the gong & Tibetan bowls. Adding also the high frequencies of crystal pyramid & crystal singing bowls & the holding of the heart monochord together with voice and silence, enables a journey of release, re-balance, peace, quietening of the mind and access to that deep, still place of the heart.

The stillness created brings deep rest and gives space for us to experience and to be with the deepest essence of ourselves.
