Om Studio On Tour - A Day to Retreat

Time: 10-5pm

Exchange: £105 which includes homemade soup lunch, cacao, vegan cake, tea / current Debbie yoga students £90 (thank you for your support)

•10am - Early morning  Cacao Ceremony to warm the belly just before walking the labyrinth all outside. Weather permitting.

•11.15am - Tea break

•11.30 - Nurturing yoga practice

•1.30pm - Lunch.  Rest and walk the labyrinth. Enjoy the amazing land at Tofte and take this time to socialise with a friend.

•3.15pm - Preparing your body health for those winter months: A talk about foods and booster supplements to  support the cold long darker days.

4pm - Tea and cake followed by Yoga Nidra sound bath - time to drop deep.

There will be a space for Questions at the end with Ann-Marie & Debbie.

I'm excited to hold this space for you to join my bespoke Yoga teaching that nurtures body & mind and  giving ample time to explore body tension.  What lays beneath as we find the breath?  I will be demonstrating many yoga techniques to release the grip of holding unnecessarily.

My intention for the day: Good tension verses Bad Tension.

This will set the scene  to find luxury in your body as I share more somatic movement and more freedom to lean into those body parts  holding.  I will take you there to release and let go through the spoken word!  I will give you ongoing encouragement and total permission to connect to your body's needs.  We will look a soft belly  breath and how huge it is in every conceivable moment not just on the yoga mat.
