These morning pop ups will offer different teachers and facilitators that have been working in their field for 20 years plus and more.  The Om feels the call to Create a space to bring the wisdom teachings forth. You may or may not know the Teachers who will be from our Shires and beyond.

We endeavour to keep the payment contribution fair & affordable for those waged/unwaged and we are also offering a Heart space to those living on a day to day basis when it comes to daily expenditure. This space will be offered on a lottery basis depending on how many come forward.

The Wisdom of Elders ~ tried and tested teaching through experience.

To launch these pop up Saturday mornings:

Debbie Om will be opening up the kitchen space:  Alchemising Cacao /Freedom movement /Silent Rest.

10.30am

In the kitchen with Debbie Om to try two Cacao Blends, guidance on simple and potent ways to alchemize this delicious Cacao elixir.

We shall be Looking at the power of Intention/Prayer/Ceremony.

How preparation is all very much part of the powerful heart opening Cacao process.

The Cacao we shall be working with will be from Guatemala, Peru, & Ecuador blended with plant milks of your choice, including root herbs, and various extracts.

I've been connected to Cacao for many years & was introduced to mama Cacao inside a woman Ceremony Circle, which was held by Peace Ravenwood many years ago.  It's like any relationship it takes time and commitment to flourish.

A skill and ease to develop which adds to the potency of mama Cacao.

Cacao holds many potent ingredients which release in the body to assist with creativity to bring clarity to a heavy heart.

11.30am

A Gentle Body movement practice in the Studio to feel the difference in the physical body tone after drinking cacao with intention to soft music.

12.30pm

Gentle sound bath followed by Silent Resting.

Bring along a blanket and a note book.

There will also be a handout to share the Cacao information.
