There is an offer of sacred cacao medicine to begin the evening, a beautiful (and delicious!) drink that helps us open our emotional heart.

Then I will hold a space for free, spontaneous movement and dance, for you to move however feels good and right for you. We will be accompanied by music which helps support and inspire your movement.

There’s no way to get it right or wrong, just an opportunity to open into the wisdom and creativity of your own body, letting it express what needs to be expressed at this special moment in the year.

We begin at 6.30 for the cacao ceremony and will dance together until 9.00.
