Anyone love to dance?

I’m running a series of "donation for space" sessions.

THE 360 EMERGENCE is a dance practise of these times. It is both ecstatic and conscious. Mindful of regulating not frying nervous systems. Supporting dance into our latter years with functional movement and shamanic seeing.  It’s a rich...deep...beauty-filled practice developed from love and very experienced 5R, Shamanic, Yoga Nidra teachers who are passionate about bringing DANCE and MOVEMENT to the collective in a supportive way.

Nothing to get right, nothing you can get wrong, simply and invitation to move.

Dance is an exploration of self, of you and your authentic movement.  To find your way in, through and out.  YOU are welcome.  Come join us,  your hearts, community and self are invited.  You do not need to be a ‘dancer’ for we are ALL dancers….
