Voice, Vibration & the Chakras

This introduction workshop invites you to explore the vibrational energy of the voice and its relationship to simple sounding of chakras as a starting point, through movement, breath and sound.

This is a valuable, important takeaway from this workshop.

▪︎ We will investigate how the voice is shaped by the body and how different vocal postures, which are unseen physical positions and patterns of muscular engagement, influence the quality, resonance and power of our sound. The focus will be playing with this.

▪︎ We will experiment with these postures to discover how they can augment and strengthen chakra and tantric chants, supporting greater resonance, expression and release within the physical and emotional body.
