Well Woman yoga sessions offer nourishing and nurturing practises to relax and revitalise. Founded on the principal of Well Woman Yoga Therapy, respectfully honouring the cycles and seasons within our bodies, lives, and the planet, to help support health, vital energy and wellbeing.
A typical two hour session will include gentle movement and breath work, restful restorative yoga (using props, bolsters and blankets to support the body in finding optimum comfort in positions to rest and restore the body and mind), and a long Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation).
