For those wishing to explore & to celebrate the inner landscape of frequencies with self created sound, within an authentic, non-

judgemental, loving group. We will play with listening techniques for awareness of personal presence & that of the group. We incorporate fun as we play with song & explore our creativity of voice whilst opening our bodies into becoming a vessel of movement and sound. We will give space for the body & voice to express what it needs or desires to, bringing release & celebration of who we are right now. I welcome all discordant, shy, fearful & happily expressed voices.
