PORTUGAL 2021 YOGA RETREAT

From Sunday 19th September to Tuesday 28th September 2021  Om Yoga Retreat it is held in a private Villa near the fishing village of Salema on the Algarve which is truly a beautiful tranquil part of Portugal.  

RETREAT COST OPTIONS 

£680 ~ Bedroom for 3/4 persons 

£750 ~ Bedroom for 2 persons With Shared bathrooms.  

The Above Cost will Include your: 

• Accommodation 

• All Yoga ~ Meditation classes with Debbie (Yoga classes are for all abilities to nurture and restore)

•Transfers to and from Faro airport In Portugal are included. 

•We have a car on site for a few day trips out.

•Breakfast ~ Lunch ~ Dinner daily (Except 3 evening meals are eaten out in restaurants so a few extra euros to cover this cost) 

Your Tentative Daily Retreat Schedule: 

8am ~ Meditation 

8.30am ~ Breakfast Buffet 

10am ~ Yoga 

12pm ~ Lunch Freetime 

6.30pm ~ Supper  

All food vegetarian/vegan option.

Free time may include trips to the local area, and pop ups may happen depending on group energy for rest or engagement.  We may partake in evening and early morning beach walks, plus more meditation space, songs round the fire, films, satsangs, nidra, creativity, inspired movement, and mantra.

*Note Above Offering take place spontaneously Debbie works with the energy of the group to bring that which assists.  ********************************* 

*There will be ample free time during the day to take rest, walk, enjoy the glorious weather, read, paint, meditate, contemplate, sun bathe, swim in the sea & pool, cafe dwell, and to watch the world go by.  This is the time to rest in your heart of being, nurture, nourish and renew. 

*UK Airport drop offs and pick up  - Debbie leaves this up to you, it often works well with shared cabs closer to the time maybe with fellow travellers. 

*Flights are not included  

*When you arrive in Faro on the Sunday we collect you all together at lunchtime the exact time will be navigated closer to the time.

*Your Home bound flight booking should not to be booked before 3pm on the Tuesday so we can get you back to Faro within plenty of time - unless you decide to take your own taxi earlier.

*Guidelines At present the guidelines for needing a vaccine to fly have not been outlined clearly on Gov.uk. All matters will be clarified in the next few months. * A Deposit will hold your Retreat Booking ~ £150 * Deposit Refunds ~ If the current virus situation gets in the way of the retreat, the Om team will help to make it work for you in a similar way to last year's magical retreat in 2020.

*If any last minute changes regarding quarantine happen when returning back into the UK no refund can be given at the last moment.  So please keep this in mind before committing.
