Yoga Workshop with Hayley North

Hayley will be returning to the Om Studio for a 3 hour morning workshop.  

Extended practice allows the time to begin slowly and mindfully -  exploring subtle movement patterns, breath, posture and rhythm. 

Workshops are an opportunity to deepen into our practice, to ask questions or receive guidance in specific areas, to 'embody' the practice in a way that enriches and informs us day to day or indeed to find inspiration for a home practice. 

This workshop runs from 10am until 1pm. Price £35, booking essential.
